Training
Digital accessibility can only be achieved through collaboration across multiple departments; it is not a purely technical issue that falls solely within the development team’s purview. For this reason, I offer training sessions that clarify the responsibilities of each stakeholder and show them strategies and approaches for greater accessibility:
Development
The team learns what the fundamental building blocks of HTML and CSS are that make a web project accessible, where to find recommended pattern libraries, and how to test for accessibility efficiently.
Graphic Design

I’ll show you how to establish this within your organization, not just for a limited time, but to produce permanently accessible and compliant results. And thus comply with legal requirements that demand lasting accessibility - not just one-time conformance.
The following frameworks are used:
- With the European Standard (EN) 17161, you’ll learn about the “Design for All” approach, which enables organizations to provide sustainably accessible products and services
- The W3C Accessibility Maturity Model helps you understand exactly where you stand on the journey toward greater accessibility, and which specific paths to take to reach your goal.
- Atomic Accessibility is primarily intended for agile teams seeking guidance on standards compliance and clearly defined requirements (instead of more abstract guidelines).
We'll start with a detailed questionnaire to assess the current state of your organization. We then define the necessary training, tools, and consulting services to steadily move toward the target state.
“Office Hours”
Sometimes it’s most practical to simply have a digital accessibility specialist within calling distance when questions or clarification needs arise during day-to-day project work. I offer myself as that expert, providing “on-demand” support and actively assisting you for an agreed-upon number of hours.
